General terms
- Website – NationZ website, located at https://nationz.pl/
- Service Provider – Angelika Kawecka, kontakt@nationz.pl , conducting unregistered business activity
- User – a service recipient, entrepreneur or consumer, buyer, anyone who accesses the Website and uses the Services provided via the Website by the Service Provider.
- Service – performance of a service without the simultaneous presence of the Service Provider and the User.

Privacy policy
- The administrator of personal data is the Service Provider in relation to the information provided by Users when using the Website.
- The Service Provider will process personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, the Act on the provision of electronic services for purposes related to the provision of Services.
- The User hereby consents and by submitting declarations of consent to the processing of data in the scope indicated in par. 2, which takes place through registration on the Website, the form of which is available at https://nationz.pl/en/my-account/
- The User may use the Website anonymously or using a pseudonym, unless providing specific personal data is necessary to provide the Services.
- The scope of the processed data includes in particular the following personal data of the User: country, e-mail address.
- The Service Provider is entitled to process data other than those indicated above in paragraph 2 Users’ personal data, if they are necessary to complete the order. In this case, these data will be clearly marked each time as data necessary to perform the order.
- If the Website is used in a manner contrary to the law, the Service Provider has the right to process the User’s personal data to the extent necessary to determine his liability. The Service Provider will notify the User about unauthorized activities with a request to stop them immediately and about the processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose.
- Personal data collected by the Service Provider may also be made available to:
a) relevant state authorities at their request on the basis of relevant legal provisions,
b) websites that support electronic payments online,
c) websites that support the sending of notifications in electronic form,
d) other persons and entities – in cases provided for by law. - The Service Provider provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data provided by Users, in particular preventing third parties from accessing them or processing them in violation of the law, preventing data loss, damage or destruction.
- The User has the right to:
a) access their personal data, the right to supplement, correct and update the content of data by means of communication with the Service Provider;
b) request a temporary or permanent suspension of personal data processing or their removal, if they turn out to be incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law, for this purpose a letter should be sent by registered mail to the address of the Service Provider’s registered office;
c) objection to the processing of their personal data – in cases provided for by law – and the right to request their removal when they become unnecessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, for this purpose a letter should be sent by registered mail to the address of the Service Provider’s registered office;
d) after the User has finished using the Website, the Service Provider will not process the personal data listed in par. 5, with the exception of data that is: allowed for processing under the law or contract, necessary to clarify the circumstances of the unauthorized use of services. In such a case, the Service Provider will remove all markings identifying the User and the end of the telecommunications network and the ICT system used by the User, unless the User agrees not to remove these markings;
e) to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office as a supervisory authority;
